Attorney Walsh returned to the private practice of law in 2019, after serving as in-house general counsel , claims , subrogation and litigation manager for the Pioneer Valley Transit Authority (PVTA). The PVTA is the largest regional public transit agency in The Commonwealth of Massachusetts overseeing the operation of approximately 189 fixed route transit buses and 132 para-transit vans. On average, the PVTA transports over 12 million passengers annually with transit vehicles traveling over a combined 8 million miles.  Attorney Walsh’s legal concentration focuses on REAL ESTATE, PERSONAL INJURY, UNCONTESTED DIVORCE/MEDIATION and GENERAL CIVIL LEGAL MATTERS. During his tenure at the Pioneer Valley Transit Authority, Attorney Walsh managed millions of dollars in legal claims against the authority. As part of his real estate practice, he has also performed real estate closings for mortgages totaling in the millions of dollars. Attorney Walsh is licensed to practice law in all Massachusetts State Courts and the United States District Courts.
